Our Clinic offers acupuncture, dry needling, chiropractic care, manual therapy, rehabilitative services, and other related wellness treatments. All care is provided by licensed practitioners in accordance with applicable healthcare standards.

Patient Eligibility & Consent
You must be 18 years of age or older to receive care without parental/guardian consent.
Prior to treatment, you must complete all required health history, intake forms, and consent documents.
By receiving treatment, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the services, potential benefits, and possible risks involved.

Appointment Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled through our Site, by phone, or in-office.
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made without adequate notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment & Insurance
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept a variety of payment methods; specific policies may vary.
Insurance coverage is dependent on your individual plan, and it is your responsibility to verify benefits with your carrier prior to treatment.
If insurance does not cover a service, you are responsible for any denied charges.
